A deep sense of familiarity has often linked us, terrestrials, to Mars; maybe inner memories, movies or also ancient myths contribute to it. God Mars was believed belligerent and so mirrors some terrestrials’ ability to produce and use weapons easily. However our sense of familiarity is not only mythical. Science now confirms that Mars is most like Earth than any other planet in the solar system. Seasons, the length of day, and even the tilt of the planets’ axes are similar. According to recent explorations, Mars had vast oceans and was a potential home for life. Mars now appears dry, cold and quite inhospitable. The common belief is that some cataclysm "stripped" the red planet of much of its envelope of atmosphere and left it frozen, arid and lifeless.
In the meantime the terrestrial community is affected by the restless nature of our planet, every day. Earth’s climate, gravity, waistline, magnetosphere are all changing; the surface temperature has risen, with accelerated warming during the past two decades. Global warming could provoke a new ice age, molten ice could block the Gulf Stream and the climate could make a sudden switch.

Is Earth approaching a cataclysm too?

Climatologists are now suggesting it. What follows is a new perspective, which fits both the by now achieved scientific data and ancient prophecies, like the Gospels and the Apocalypse. These announced something like a catastrophe, a universal judgment that is actually the revelation of realities, we have ignored for millennia. Invisible infinite universes, we might even participate in, are now manifesting themselves and showing that most of our human beliefs and fears are non-senses. Astrophysicists had so far proposed the picture of an immense universe, where we, small humans, seem powerless and isolated.

The Wilkinson Microwave Anisotropy Probe (WMAP) has just shown that our cosmos is much "stranger" than scientists had ever imagined. The universe is not so huge, is expanding ever faster, rather than decelerating, as scientists had previously believed, and is largely composed of dark matter and dark energy. The universe is only 5% ordinary matter; 25% percent is dark exotic matter and the remainder, 70%, is dark energy, a force latent in empty space, causing the universe to expand at an ever-faster rate.

What is 95% of the universe made of?

Astrophysicists don't know it yet. Being a form of light, dark energy (70%) cannot be exiled into intergalactic spaces. If it is in "empty space" as they say, it can be everywhere, even inside any atom and any body composed of atoms, such as our human ones. Atoms are mostly empty, as a fact. Scientist have so learned that what they can see is less than 5% of the total ingredients; and what they have effectively observed is still less, about 0,5%. This means that about 99,5% has not been observed yet, and 95% cannot be, through usual probes, anyway. There is a further, neglected aspect. The non-observable 95% doesn't obey the physical laws we usually call “natural". Dark matter and dark energy are non baryonic so meaning that they have no weight, no inertia, no visibility and no speed barrier; they are “supernatural”, in this sense, and can compose a much more conspicuous mass than the “natural”, ordinary one (5%).

Dark energy can be the Eternal Harmony, the celestial music, sages like Empedoclis (600 BC) and Giordano Bruno (1548-1600 AC) already spoke about. WMAP has actually allowed scientists to “hear” It; its data confirmed quite a "new" picture of the universe, very different from the one they had been painting so far and very similar to ancient sages’ one instead. People are not concerned to the "mysteries" of the universe, that is usually believed as separated from the Earth.

Yet geologists don't even know what the Earth is made of.

Geologists show that Earth’s interior is composed of three main layers, crust, mantle and core, but they have just observed the crust, 1% of Earth’s entire mass. No direct observations of the mantle and core have ever been made; their boundaries have been determined solely by abrupt changes in the velocities and character of seismic waves passing through the Earth’s interior. Astrophysicists and geologists have created mathematical models, presuming that stars and planets were only composed of ordinary matter (5%) and just dependent on "natural" laws.
Yet their recent data no longer fit their models.
For instance Harvard geologists have recently found that Earth's inner core is spinning faster than the visible Earth. The visible Earth spins completely around once a day, while the inner core rotates an extra three degrees or so each year. And this hellishly core, almost as big as the moon, is apparently growing in size. “It’s like a planet within a planet”, said Adam Dziewonski, Baird Professor of Science. Moreover the temperature of Earth’s inner core is 5,500°C, hotter than many previous estimates. The “new” temperature is about as hot as the Sun’s surface. Thus we live on the surface of a planet, ignoring the causes, which drive its temperature and dynamical nature and also the huge energies beneath our feet. What is warming the Earth? It is not the Sun, as scientists have recognized too; the levels of “sunlight” on Earth’s surface have decreased significantly. It is called global dimming and simultaneous to global warming. Another paradox, respect to the usual belief that energy from the Sun drives the Earth’s temperature, weather and climate.
So what is in Heaven is in Earth too.
Geologists have just learned that Earth's inner core is not only dancing to its own beat, spinning measurably faster than the rest of the planet and even growing in size; it also appears to have a split personality, with one hemisphere manifestly different from the other. Isn't that curious? Our human brain hemispheres are functionally different too; symmetry break or rather parity violation between right and left is a universal feature of a cosmic force most scientists either ignore or neglect. It is the weak nuclear force that acts within any atomic nucleus, therefore within every body composed of atoms, including our human ones.
The weak force has surprising, “supernatural” properties; it can add a new “flavor” to the nuclear matter, which composes every body; it can also trigger a new, different nuclear state and allows us, humans, to make journeys in time. It is what scientists call “phase transitions” from a nuclear state to another one, events that are usually observed. For instance snowflakes; how do these beautiful and complex snow crystals form? Scientists don’t actually know; and they don’t, because they don’t dare to challenge a main scientific dogma: the idea that cosmic forces are just simple, mathematical , mechanical causes that underpin the fabric of the universe. Is that true? Even from a logical point of view, they cannot show whether it is true or not. We humans are part of the universe and, according to Gödel’s theorem, we cannot show its logical completeness. Moreover we humans feel emotions, love and, mainly, we feel consciousness, a needed key for bringing the universe itself, into reality, according to quantum physics.
